Will an ivory pearl necklace look good with a diamond white dress from alfred angelo?

My mom has a ivory pearl necklace, its a creamy white, like the picture, but its double stranded. It’s a family tradition to pass this necklace down.

I love it, but i want to make sure that it looks good with the dress, my dress is ordered but will not be in for a couple months.

I ordered an alfred angelo 1148 in diamond white.

Also, does anyone know if the ivory in the bridesmaids color swatches is the same color as the bridal gown diamond white? Because then I will at least have a small color reference.

Possibility—-this necklace is not going to go with your dress in any way shape or form, Idea, wear earrings, they will not be too close to dress and wear a single long tiny diamond like earring, straight and just long enough to be seen behind pearls in a second hole in your ear to help break up the creamy color of the pearls. Use the necklace wound round a diamonique stlye head band, there are many to be found on websites or have hair stylist intertwine pearls in you hair along with some sparkly diamond looking pins, just a few. The added diamond touch will break up the deep cream,this is all I can think of, unless you want to carry a small brides bag under your bouquet attached to handle of bouquet and carry necklace and earrings in it. Will have to have a traditional “hanging” style bouquet, a ribbon wrapped or round bouquet will not be enough to hide even a very small bag and the traditional style is my favorite anyway, elaborate dress needs elaborate flowers. Ex. the pearls in the picture are a deep cream, almost yellowey and if your dress is diamond white. Sorry, no go. The above is all I know to do after taking a second look. Good luck.JL
