Is it normal for a teenager to have a few strands of white hair?
They don’t come in like a bundle but more like a strand at a time… but not too often. And what could be some possible causes for this? Is a lack of zinc a possible cause?
Yep. All white hair is hair that has no pigmentation. As you age, hair does lose it’s pigment all over and that’s what’s happening with you but on a much lower scale.
I have a deep auburn red color and I have found white and gray hairs.
Don’t ever forget…hair is dead. That’s why some falls out every day and all that. There’s really not much that you can take to prevent it. It’s funny to listen to people talk about “healthy hair” since it’s dead and all. All you can do it condition it every day and take good care of it.
