I want to know if I can use this necklace as one you wear all the time.

Silver actually NEEDS to be worn all the time! The oils in your skin help keep it from tarnishing. It won’t hurt it at all to wear it in the shower. Just make sure you rinse it well so it doesn’t get soap residue on it, and dry it well so it doesn’t end up with water spots. Also, get yourself a silver polishing cloth, so that you can keep it shiny. And make sure the chain is sturdy! You wouldn’t want to break the chain in the shower and have is swoosh right down the drain!
