setting up tank to drop aggression?

I did a dumbass thing by putting an electric blue cichlid with a redtail shark in a 10 gallon tank; thinking the redtail shark can live alone with a single cichlid. Since My pet store don’t want it back, I either have to give it up for free or tried to make it stop harassing the redtail that much.
My tank is small, so to prevent aggression and make more oxygen, I literally stuff the tank with lots plants, create caverns with oyster shells, add a couple small pots, and a piece of wood, only leaving little moving space.
I also want to lower the temperature of the tank to lower aggression and increase oxygen level, but for an african cichlid; how low can the temperature be for him to still be able to live healthy?

You really just need to get at least a 20L or preferably much larger this week, or get rid of both the fish now.
Even then, quite a good chance they will fight to the death sooner or later.
I wouldn’t want that tank much below 72, other poster is wrong, lower temps lower metabolism, they will eat, move, and grow slower, and less.
Keep a eye on your water, test often. Waste will build up very fast. Keep nitrates under 40ppm.
