Betta has white stuff on bottom lip?
Its jutting out a little. Hes really weak and just floats at the bottom of the tank. Is there anything I can do?
I think he might have tore his lip on something because Ive never seen anything like this before.
I have natural sea salt mix, would that help at all?

Confirming columnaris. It is NOT a fungus.
Furans work, as well as tetracyclines. In fact, there are a lot of options to choose from for treating this ailment. One thing I would not use is Melafix. Useless in this situation and potentially fatal for bettas.
Your natural sea salt mix won’t help.. not even a bit. It may make things worse.
Make sure your water quality is decent before starting treatment. Antibiotics work in conjunction with the immune system. If the water quality is poor, the fish’s immune system becomes suppressed and he will not get better even with treatment.
