what do you think ladies?

So had a positive ovulation test two days in a row had sex the second day, had no weird discharge or anything to show that conception hasnt taken place yet no white egg white discharge or anything so based on that are my chances good for this month? I’m roughly 6 days post when i should have ovulated and have cramping for the past three days.
Wanting genuine answers please. I’m married and financially okay so no rude answers either i just want to know other ladies views opinions.

Do you think this month could be the month what should i look out for besides missed period. of course ill be testing on the due day of my period that said i just want other opinion if i have a good chance of getting a bfp this month

Cramping is a good sign! However, it would be a bit too soon in most cases if you are truly only 6DPO and felt the cramping 3 days ago. Pregnancy symptoms are so psychosematic trust me lol.

I will say, since you know when you ovulated you could test in the next few days with your first morning urine and be reasonably sure of your results. It takes about 6-12 days for the fertilized egg to travel up the fallopian tube and implant into your uterine lining. Then another few days in most cases for your body to build up enough hCG to be detected on a urine test.

It sounds to me like you have a good chance! Just a few tips I picked up along the way. Never use lubricant when you make love. Some are not so sperm friendly. If you find that you are a bit more dry and not seeing the watery or EWCM, there are some lubes that will help. Pre-seed is excellent! I have a friend that was TTC for 4 years! Then she tried the Pre-seed and got pregnant that month! lol. No, its not the magic bullet but, if you find that you aren’t seeing that fertile CM its worth a try.

Also, make love every day or every other day. Don’t wait until you get a positive OPK. This is because sperm can live up to 5 days waiting for that egg. Its good to have some ready so we are actually fertile for those 4 days prior to ovulation, the day of and the day after. This is because there are some times when the second egg can mature and drop. That happens in most cases 12-24 hours after the first. Why not give it a try?

Sometimes keeping track can be more a stress on your relationship too. I found my husband was much happier just baby dancing every day. LOL but of course hehe. But, it helped keep the romance rather than put so much pressure on certain days.

Just some tips:) The OPK is good mostly to know when you did ovulate so you have some idea and have a place to count your luteal phase. I found I have a 21 day luteal phase (time between ovulation and period). SO my cycles were 32-38 days and I could ovulate anywhere from cycle day 10 to cycle day 21! It was crazy. When I was obsessed with charting though, it cause much more stress.
Try (I know easier said than done) but try not to focus soo much on what your body is doing and making a baby. Just do the baby dance and let it happen:) It will.
