What do you think of this recpie from my mom? (healthy or not)?
it’s an asian recipe-
heres what it is-
1 bag of crushed pearls (that’s the actual transition, but it’s not really pearls! it’s basically just flour shaped into pearls i guess) There is 1430 calories in this.
Sweetened Condensed Milk with a total of 1300 calories
A Chinese type of potato (i tried looking it up, and i think it’s a yam bean, i could be wrong) i don’t know how much calories were in it, but it was a big yam/potato that she used.
Also she used water.
This recipe make enough to fill an 28 inch pot.

Mmm, that sounds yummy!
Well, it’s not overly healthy, yet it’s not exactly unhealthy, so eating it every so often shouldn’t even be a worry.
If your asking how much of this particular desert you should east per day then it’s roughly about 3000 calories worth in that big pot. So about an 8th of it (400+ calories) will be a healthy yet filling amount.
Just remember you should be consuming around 2000 calories per day so eating this desert in portions with a varied diet certainly won’t harm you.
