I go to Hobbycraft in several outer London places. John Lewis has a few craft items, but I’m sure not as many as you actually need. I actually get stuff from: The Polymer Clay Pit (an excellent UK-based mail order company). I think you can also join The Polymer Clay Society through that site. And I think there is a magazine (monthly or quarterly).
