Silver plated VS Sterling silver necklace?
I saw a necklace that is silver plated… is this good or bad?
Sterling silver necklace is already pretty cheap – why would they silver plate it? Does the inside material provide better durability?

well sterling silver is solid Silver, and silver plated can be any metal just coated in silver, it could be any ol metal.
