Peach Pearl Necklace

PEARLS! Real? Worth?
Can you please help me figure out if these pearls are real or not? And how much they are worth? (US DOLLARS)
- they are smooth
- they are painted peach, fushia, and purple
- they are made by MISAKI (thats what it says on the box)
- the person who gave them to me said they were real
- they come with matching pearl earrings
- they are kinda heavy
- each pearl is the 3/4 the size of a blueberry
- there are 37 pearls on the necklace and 1 on each earring
- they come in a leather box with the word “MISAKI” on it
- they are from Europe
- each pearl is a different size

The website says in the section about the company that they use cultured pearls. This means they came from oysters but were “farmed” in a lab somewhere. 99% of all pearls sold in the world today are cultured rather than freshwater.
